According to the previous construction experience of changing 60 kg/m rail, combined with the construction pr-actice of changing the 75 kg/m heavy rail seamless line of the up direction period of Dongye to Xibaipo on Shuohuang line, research and solve construction technology conditions and difficult problem of changing 75 kg/m heavy rail in the condit-ion of blockading the existing railway points, provide the ref-erence for the similar engineering.
