随着人口密度的增加，土地资源越来越匮乏，高层建筑甚至超高层建筑应运而生。本文对高层建筑的发展史做了总结和研究，认真探讨了高层建筑底部空间在设计中所遇到的问题，通过对大量成功实例的分析，寻求解决问题的方法，最后对高层建筑底部空间未来的发展趋势做了一些展望。

With the increase in population density, land resou-rces more scarce, high-rise building and super high-rise buildi-ngs emerged as the times require. In this paper, the developm-ent history of high-rise buildings are summarized and researc-hed, and it analyzes the problems encountered in the bot om space design of high-rise building, through the analysis of a la-rge number of successful applications, to seek a solution to the problem, and final y prospects the future development tende-ncy of the bot om space of high-rise building.
