The current Chinese urban complex construction, whose time and space organizational modes are influenced by the environment of urban economic develop. It is a response to the urban tightening and intensive land consuming policy, and also the result of the new requirement of urban public multiple life. To study the comprehensive dialectical law, contained in urban complex time and space organization, is of enlightening meaning for clarifying the comprehensiveness in the develop-ment plan and guiding the renewal of it.
