The north extension section of Yulongwan rubber dam project in Jiangsu Province Xuzhou City Jiawang District completed and passed the acceptance and put into use in 2013, forms ribbon cascade water in Yulongwan north extension river, gets ecological benefit and social benefit. The main process and characteristics of the rubber dam water fil ing type design is discussed, and the regular inspection, maintenance and other measures in the operation and management of rubber dam is proposed.
