In this article, the author bases on years of expe-rience in the investigation of construction project design pla-nning, discusses the existing common problems, investigation essential and technologies, and communicates with the major-ity construction units, design units and peer. Hope to be helpful to improve the establishment quality of construction planning and speed up the approval.
