目的：了解全麻状态下患者眼表意外损伤的现状及致伤因素，探讨有效防护措施。方法回顾性系列病例研究。对2011年6月-2012年6月我院2323例患者全身麻醉后出现意外眼部症状的患者行常规眼部检查，结合病史询问、访谈手术医师及麻醉科医护人员，查阅病历记载，分析意外损伤的机制及临床表现。结果全身麻醉后出现意外眼部症状经眼科会诊、检查的患者62例74眼，占全麻人数的2.67%，损伤主要来源于眼表长时间暴露、化学腐蚀、机械擦伤、异物残留及继发感染等。结论全麻下眼表意外损伤是容易被忽略的麻醉并发症，除麻醉本身固有原因外，术中清洗、消毒溶液误入结膜囊、手术室环境、医护人员眼保护意识淡薄或措施不当，是引起眼表意外损伤的主要原因。简单的防护措施可有效降低其发生率。
목적：료해전마상태하환자안표의외손상적현상급치상인소，탐토유효방호조시。방법회고성계렬병례연구。대2011년6월-2012년6월아원2323례환자전신마취후출현의외안부증상적환자행상규안부검사，결합병사순문、방담수술의사급마취과의호인원，사열병력기재，분석의외손상적궤제급림상표현。결과전신마취후출현의외안부증상경안과회진、검사적환자62례74안，점전마인수적2.67%，손상주요래원우안표장시간폭로、화학부식、궤계찰상、이물잔류급계발감염등。결론전마하안표의외손상시용역피홀략적마취병발증，제마취본신고유원인외，술중청세、소독용액오입결막낭、수술실배경、의호인원안보호의식담박혹조시불당，시인기안표의외손상적주요원인。간단적방호조시가유효강저기발생솔。
Objective To understand the status of general anesthesia in patients with ocular injuries and trauma factors, explore effective protective measures. Methods a retrospective case series study.
