文章采用纹织JCAD软件,借助现代提花织造技术,开发出仿书法提花织物。从纹织JCAD工艺设计、织物试织、产品效果入手,结合使用图片处理软件与纹织JCAD,选取一种能“逼真”体现书法效果的工艺,解决了在织造过程中织物漏色的难题,并提出了针对低经密织机织造织物的建议。
文章採用紋織JCAD軟件,藉助現代提花織造技術,開髮齣倣書法提花織物。從紋織JCAD工藝設計、織物試織、產品效果入手,結閤使用圖片處理軟件與紋織JCAD,選取一種能“逼真”體現書法效果的工藝,解決瞭在織造過程中織物漏色的難題,併提齣瞭針對低經密織機織造織物的建議。

The calligraphy imitated fabric was developed by the use of Jacquard weaving JCAD software and modern jacquard weaving technology. The weaving process which presented life-like calligraphy effect was selected from the aspects of technological design of jacquard JCAD,test weaving and fabric effect. The colour of designed pattern was evenly distributed without blanks. A suggestion of weaving low warp density fabric was put forward.
