目的：了解威海地区性传播疾病的发病情况，为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法对威海市某医院2010-2013年9月性病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果4年间报告梅毒、淋病、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染、生殖器疱疹及尖锐湿疣共1003例；男性599例，女性404例；占该年传染病报告总例数的比例逐年增高；生殖道沙眼衣原体感染和生殖器疱疹构成比呈上升趋势，尖锐湿疣所占构成变化不大，梅毒、淋病所占构成在逐年减少；20-49岁年龄组857例(85.44％)为高发人群；职业以家务及待业为主。结论性病报告病例比例的持续增加应当得到高度的重视。

Objective To explore the characteristics of sexual transmitted diseases during 2010-2013 and provide scientific evidence for the development of preventive strategies. Methods The col ected data of 1103 patients with Sexual y Transmitted Diseases were conducted for epidemiological description. Results A total of 1003 STD cases including syphilis, gonorrhea, genital herpes, condyloma acuminmum, chlamydia trachomatis infection were reported,with 599 males and 404 females.The proportion of chlamydia trachomatis infection and genital herpes increases year by year. The proportion of syphilis and gonorrhea increases year by year. Proporation in group 20-49 was higher(85.44%) than in other groups. Most cases were job-waiting personnels. Conclusion The constantly increasing proportion of std should be paid attention to.
