Under a growing number of engineering cases, en-gineering quality has become a hot issue of concern. Therefore, to improve the supervision level of construction project bec-omes more and more important. Because our country super-vision industry development time is limited, some problems stil existing in the supervision work. This paper analyzes the main problem existing in the construction project supervision, and puts forward effective methods to improve the supervision level of construction projects.
