Agriculture is the industry is the foundation of Chi-na’s economic construction, and reservoir plays a very impor-tant role in the regulation of farmland water conservancy irr-igation and water resources, has the significance of ensuring major agricultural production increase and social stability. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the process of reservoir construction, and puts forward corresponding solutio-ns, in order to bet er promote the development of reservoir.
