建筑工程的质量问题对建筑物的使用功能影响很大。本文结合笔者多年的工程监理经验，从监理的角度解析建筑工程质量控制的措施，给出了施工前、施工过程、竣工验收三个阶段的具体质量控制措施，以供广大施工管理人员参考。

The quality of construction has great influence on the use of the building function. Combined with the enginee-ring supervision experiences, this paper analyzes construction quality control measures from the angle of supervision, puts forward specific quality control measures of three stages as the pre construction, construction process, completion acceptance, with reference to the general construction management perso-nnel.
