With the continuous development of Chinese cons-truction technology, the role of engineering surveying is incr-easing in the engineering construction and the application has become increasingly widespread. In this article, the author first discusses the role of engineering surveying, and then describes the applications of engineering measurements in the project c-onstruction, such as the elevation axis, passing plane control, and stakeout etc. to provide reference for reader.
