Xinjiang area across many generating areas, its wi-ndy weather frequently, has strong wind, can cause the train stop in extreme conditions, so the windbreak is the key of rail-way operation. This paper discusses the quality control in the construction of subgrade wind-shield wal , and accumulated e-xperiences for the construction of similar projects in Xinjiang area, to provide a reference, and wil continue to improve.
