自从中国加入WTO以后，国内建筑企业的数量不断在增加，在激烈的市场竞争中，企业纷纷找寻建筑管理创新方法。工程管理创新是建筑企业生存发展的灵魂，本文结合笔者经验，对于建筑行业在发展中的各种管理创新进行了阐述。

Since China accessed to the WTO, the number of domestic construction enterprises continued to increase, in the fierce market competition, enterprises have to find innovative ways of building management. Project management innovation is the soul of the survival and development of construction ent-erprises, combined with the author's experiences, this paper di-scusses the management innovation in the development of con-struction industry.
