With the rapid economic development in recent ye-ars, the technological level of China’s construction industry co-ntinues to improve, the scale of the industry is also expanding, but compared with developed countries, the gap is stil very o-bvious. This paper mainly introduces the brought benefits of the construction management to construction enterprises, sum-marizes the construction technology of our country’s current construction engineering, and final y describes the key points of construction management in building construction process.
