Reinforced concrete structure greatly improved the quality of construction, but the concrete exist the situation of shrinkage deformation and temperature deformation, which le-ad to the cracks of building, and affect the quality of construc-tion. The article carries out the analysis of design scheme of b-uilding post-cast strip under the new environment, and discus-ses the related construction technology.
