The color landscape is one of the elements of a city appearance and city features. The urban and rural planning of Changzhou bases on the urban characteristics shaping to pract-ice. In this paper, the author bases on the development of Cha-ngzhou and carries out the beneficial exploration and consider-ation of different management stages to the color planning.
