随着我国经济、政治体制的不断改革与深入，我国的人事档案出现了许多新的问题。为了改善这种情况，使得人事档案管理工作能够顺利地开展、与时俱进，更好地为人们服务，笔者结合多年的档案管理工作的经验，为人事档案管理提出了几条建议。
隨著我國經濟、政治體製的不斷改革與深入，我國的人事檔案齣現瞭許多新的問題。為瞭改善這種情況，使得人事檔案管理工作能夠順利地開展、與時俱進，更好地為人們服務，筆者結閤多年的檔案管理工作的經驗，為人事檔案管理提齣瞭幾條建議。
수착아국경제、정치체제적불단개혁여심입，아국적인사당안출현료허다신적문제。위료개선저충정황，사득인사당안관리공작능구순리지개전、여시구진，경호지위인문복무，필자결합다년적당안관리공작적경험，위인사당안관리제출료궤조건의。
Along with the continuous reform and deepening of our country economic, political system, there are many new problems appeared in Chinese personnel records. In order to improve the situation, making the management of personnel archives work can smoothly carry out, keeping pace with the times, to better serve the people, the author combined with m-anagement experiences of many years, proposes some sugges-tions for the management of personnel archives.
