As everyone knows, the project cost control prope-rly or not, directly related to the project can be carried out sm-oothly, and the construction enterprise can obtain the maxim-um economic benefit and social benefit. This paper first anal-yzes the function of construction drawing budget, then puts fo-rward how to management project cost according to the cons-truction drawing budget.
