随着房地产行业在国内高速的发展，对房地产评估工作标准要求越来越高，传统手工工作方式已经制约了该行业发展速度。本文针对房地产评估工作的实际操作过程，分析工作流程，发现存在问题，提出解决方案，并设计开发行业信息管理系统。

With the rapid development of the domestic real estate industry, it has a higher demand for the real estate assessment criteria. The traditional manual work has hampered the pace of development of the industry. In this paper, aiming at the actual operation of the real estate assessment, the workflow is analyzed, the problems are found, the solutions are propose, and the information management system is designed and developed.
