Matlab was used in the teaching of electromagnetic field and wave to simulate the distribution of EM field and the propagation of EM wave,which can visualize the abstract concepts,and promote the student′s understanding of the teaching content. The process simulation for propagation,polarization,reflection and refraction of uniform plane waves is presented in this paper.
