目的：探讨掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折（AO C3型）临床效果。方法选取2011年3月—2013年3月该院收治的桡骨远端不稳定骨折（AO C3型）患者86例，随机分成两组，运用掌侧锁定钢板治疗观察组，运用常规外固定支架治疗对照组，每组43例，观察两组的临床效果。结果在骨折复位及功能恢复上，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者采用掌侧锁定钢板治疗，可以有效恢复桡骨远端的掌倾角度、尺偏角度及桡骨的高度，稳定骨折断端，有利于早期功能训练，提高术后的功能康复，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토장측쇄정강판치료뇨골원단불은정골절（AO C3형）림상효과。방법선취2011년3월—2013년3월해원수치적뇨골원단불은정골절（AO C3형）환자86례，수궤분성량조，운용장측쇄정강판치료관찰조，운용상규외고정지가치료대조조，매조43례，관찰량조적림상효과。결과재골절복위급공능회복상，관찰조명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론대뇨골원단불은정골절환자채용장측쇄정강판치료，가이유효회복뇨골원단적장경각도、척편각도급뇨골적고도，은정골절단단，유리우조기공능훈련，제고술후적공능강복，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of volar locking plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures (AO type C3). Methods 86 cases of patients with unstable distal radius fracture (AO type C3) admitted in our hospital from March, 2011 to March, 2013 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each. The observation group was treated by volar locking plate, and the control group was treated by conventional external fixator. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results The fracture reduction and functional recovery of the observation group were much better those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with unstable distal radius fracture, volar locking plate can effectively restore the palmar tilt angle, ulnar deviation angle and radial height, stabilize fracture site, which is conducive to the early functional training, improving the functional rehabilitation after operation, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
