因为商住楼需要在底层形成较大空间,来适应使用要求,而框架结构中因其柱网布置灵活,容易满足功能需要,因此在商住综合楼设计中采用得越来越多;但框架结构由于有侧向刚度小,抗震能力弱,且异形框架、短柱等存在的抗震问题,因而提出了提高抗震能力的措施。

Commercial and residential building needs to have a larger space on the first floor to meet the operating requirement. The flexible column grid arrangement in frame structure is easy to meet the requirement, so frame structure is more and more widely used in the design of commercial and residential building. But frame structure has its disadvantages, such as small lateral rigidity, weak seismic capacity and the weak shock-resistance of special-shaped frame and short column and so on. Therefore, countermeasures to improve the shock resistance are put forward.
