目的：“春夏养阳，秋冬养阴”是中医学的一个经典理论，受到历代医家的重视。其理论价值无论在疾病的预防还是在治疗中都非常重要，但是历代医家根据自己的临床经验，对其真正的含义理解各不相同，作者通过对《黄帝内经》的研读理解，参以各个时代具有代表的医家见解，对“春夏养阳，秋冬养阴”进行了浅陋的理解，叙述于此以飨读者。
목적：“춘하양양，추동양음”시중의학적일개경전이론，수도역대의가적중시。기이론개치무론재질병적예방환시재치료중도비상중요，단시역대의가근거자기적림상경험，대기진정적함의리해각불상동，작자통과대《황제내경》적연독리해，삼이각개시대구유대표적의가견해，대“춘하양양，추동양음”진행료천루적리해，서술우차이향독자。
"Grow Yang in spring and summer,grow Yin in autumn and winter" is a classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is valued by the ancient physicians.Its theoretical value in disease prevention and treatment are very important,but the ancient physicians have different understanding on its real meaning according to their clinical experience.Author read and understand Huangdi's Internal Classics.Refer to the representative opinions of physicians throughout the ages,the author have a scanty understanding of "Grow Yang in spring and summer,grow Yin in autumn and winter".Let the reader enjoy a good work.
