目的：分析癌症患者血液常规指标水平和诊断价值。方法采集90例癌症患者（肺癌组30例，胃癌组30例，肝癌组30例）和40例健康体检者空腹血，进行血液常规项目：白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞（Neu#）、淋巴细胞（LY#）、红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（HGB）、血小板（PLT）检测。结果癌症组LY#、RBC、HGB低于正常对照组，具有非常显著的统计学意义差异（P<0.01）。结论癌症患者伴有血液常规指标的不同程度的变化，这种变化可能有肿瘤特征的模式。
목적：분석암증환자혈액상규지표수평화진단개치。방법채집90례암증환자（폐암조30례，위암조30례，간암조30례）화40례건강체검자공복혈，진행혈액상규항목：백세포（WBC）、중성립세포（Neu#）、림파세포（LY#）、홍세포（RBC）、혈홍단백（HGB）、혈소판（PLT）검측。결과암증조LY#、RBC、HGB저우정상대조조，구유비상현저적통계학의의차이（P<0.01）。결론암증환자반유혈액상규지표적불동정도적변화，저충변화가능유종류특정적모식。
The levels and diagnostic value of detecting indicators of routine blood test was analysed.Methods: We col ected the fasting blood of 90 cases (30 cases of lung cancer, 30 cases of stomach cancer and 30 cases of liver cancer) cancer patients and 40 cases people conducted health examination. WBC, Neu#, LY#, RBC, HGB, PLT were detected by SYSMEX XE2100 automatic blood analyzer with anticoagulated whole blood.Results: The levels of LY#, RBC, HGB in cancer group were less than those in the normal control group, with a very significant statistical difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: There were variations in indicators of routine blood test in commoncancer patients to different extents. These variations may have tumor characteristic patterns.
