采用酸性环境下加速试验的方法,研究了不同酸性环境对砂浆物理力学性能的影响。对不同pH值硝酸环境下和pH=1时不同硫酸根浓度在各个腐蚀阶段砂浆的质量变化和抗压强度变化进行比较分析,试验中选取两种水泥材料进行比对试验。结果表明:溶液pH值对水泥砂浆物理力学性能劣化影响有很大影响,随酸性的增强砂浆性能劣化速率加剧;在强酸溶液中,硫酸根离子浓度较高时对砂浆的腐蚀性较强。
採用痠性環境下加速試驗的方法,研究瞭不同痠性環境對砂漿物理力學性能的影響。對不同pH值硝痠環境下和pH=1時不同硫痠根濃度在各箇腐蝕階段砂漿的質量變化和抗壓彊度變化進行比較分析,試驗中選取兩種水泥材料進行比對試驗。結果錶明:溶液pH值對水泥砂漿物理力學性能劣化影響有很大影響,隨痠性的增彊砂漿性能劣化速率加劇;在彊痠溶液中,硫痠根離子濃度較高時對砂漿的腐蝕性較彊。

The accelerated test is adopted under acid environment to study the impact of different acid environment on the physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar. Comparative analysis is done to the quality changes of mortar with different pH value under nitric acid environment and pH=1 at different concentration of sulfuric acid root in each stage of corrosion and the compressive strength. Two cement materials are selected for the comparative test. The results show that the solution pH value of cement mortar has a great impact on the physical and mechanical performance degradation. With the acidic enhancement, the mortar performance degradation rate intensifies. In strong acid solution, higher sulfate ion concentration has stronger corrosion of cement mortar.
