汉语国际教育作为新专业，其培养目标、专业建设，课程设置等都处于探索阶段。一些地方院校的汉语国际教育专业更是面临着诸多困难，定位不准、特色不鲜明造成了近年学生就业一直不太理想。为此，本文课题组对多所高校汉语国际教育专业大四学生和毕业生进行了跟踪调查分析，并从择业流向状况视角探讨了地方院校汉语国际教育专业课程设置的现状及形成因素，并提出了若干建议。

Chinese international education is a new speciality, hasn't reached an agreement in the mode of personnel training. Some major of the local colleges is facing a lot of difficulties. The recent unideal employment situation is due to the incorrect position and dull features. Therefore, with the tracking survey for the senior students and graduates of TCFL in the different high colleges, we researchers discuss the current situation on TCFL's Curriculum and the causes on the basis of the employment direction,and purpose several suggestions.
