随着社会的不断进步与发展，人们生活水平的逐渐提高，民用建筑崛地而起，使得建筑技术不断地发展。笔者从民用建筑设计的基本特征和原则出发，分析了民用建筑设计的影响因素，对建筑施工设计存在的问题进行了阐述。

Along with social progress and development, the living standards of people are gradual y improved, and civil c-onstruction rises abruptly, making the continuous development of construction technology. The author from the basic charact-eristics and principle of design of civil buildings analyses the factors that affect the design of civil buildings, discusses the problems in construction design.
