钉形与双向水泥土搅拌桩是在常规水泥土搅拌桩基础上发展而成的一种新兴工艺与新结构的一种形式。本文根据笔者在钉形水泥土双向搅拌桩在工程施工与监理中的经验，对在施工过程中应重视的工序及质量的控制方法做了一一的阐述，以供类似工程参考。

Nail shape and bidirectional cement mixing pile is a form of mixing a new process and new structure of piles based on the conventional cement soil. According to the writ-er's experiences in the engineering construction and supervis-ion of T-shaped bidirectional soil cement mixing pile, this pa-per one by one expounds the process should be paid atention to and control method for quality in the construction process, in order to offer a reference for similar engineering.
