Objective of accident investigation and analysis is to timely, accurately find out the cause of the accident and the accident losses after the accident, and investigate responsible for the accident according to law. This paper finds out the sa-fety problems in the construction of water conservancy project and analyzes survey results, reference, makes up the defects, to improve working methods, strengthen supervision and manag-ement, to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.
