当前公路工程施工合同管理存在着一些问题与不足，主要表现为合同管理意识不强、合同实施不规范、合同索赔困难、监理工程不到位等方面。为了应对这些问题，进一步做好公路工程施工合同管理工作，今后在实际工作中需要采取相应的策略。
