目的：探讨经胸断流术治疗晚期血吸虫病门脉高压术后再出血的临床疗效。方法：对2004年7月～2012年7月我院收治的42例晚期血吸虫病门脉高压术后再出血患者，其中32例进行了经胸断流手术治疗并分别随访1～5年。结果：32例患者术后经1～5年的随访，均无再次出血病例。其中食管胃底静脉曲张消失者11例，18例明显改善、3例无变化。结论：经胸断流术安全、有效，可作为基层医院治疗晚期血吸虫病门脉高压术后再出血的常规方法。
목적：탐토경흉단류술치료만기혈흡충병문맥고압술후재출혈적림상료효。방법：대2004년7월～2012년7월아원수치적42례만기혈흡충병문맥고압술후재출혈환자，기중32례진행료경흉단류수술치료병분별수방1～5년。결과：32례환자술후경1～5년적수방，균무재차출혈병례。기중식관위저정맥곡장소실자11례，18례명현개선、3례무변화。결론：경흉단류술안전、유효，가작위기층의원치료만기혈흡충병문맥고압술후재출혈적상규방법。
objective to explore the treatment of thoracic cut-out advanced schistosomiasis portal hypertension the clinical curative effect of postoperative bleeding again. Methods from July 2004 to July 2012, our hospital of 42 cases of advanced schistosomiasis patients with portal hypertension bleeding again after operation, in which 32 cases were treated by chest cut-out operation and fol owed up for 1 ~ 5 years, respectively. Results 32 cases of patients with postoperative 1 ~ 5 years of fol ow-up, there were no cases of bleeding again. The esophageal gastric varices disappeared in 11 cases, 18 cases improved and 3 cases of no change. Conclusion the thoracic cutoff is safe, effective, can be used as a grass-roots hospital treatment of advanced schistosomiasis portal hypertension bleeding again after conventional methods.
