笔者结合亲身参与的文化建筑设计实践,提出文化设施的建设应强调商业与文化共生发展的观点,反对以房产开发回笼资金的方式开发、建设文化建筑,提倡通过提升文化设施自身的经营可行性降低对财政和企业的依赖,同时搭配经营性的适配商业设施,从整体考虑运行,以提升私人和企业投资文化建筑的热情。
筆者結閤親身參與的文化建築設計實踐,提齣文化設施的建設應彊調商業與文化共生髮展的觀點,反對以房產開髮迴籠資金的方式開髮、建設文化建築,提倡通過提升文化設施自身的經營可行性降低對財政和企業的依賴,同時搭配經營性的適配商業設施,從整體攷慮運行,以提升私人和企業投資文化建築的熱情。

Based on the design of cultural building that the author has personally participated in, it proposes that the symbiotic development of the commerce and culture should be emphasized in the construction of cultural facilities. It opposes that the cultural buildings are developed and constructed in the way of developing the real estate to return the funds. It advocates that the reliance on finance and corporate should be reduced by upgrading the operation feasibility of cultural facilities. In addition, the supporting operational commercial facilities should be supplied to consider the overall operation and enhance the enthusiasm of private owners and corporates to invest in the cultural buildings.
