目的：通过观察液基细胞学（LCT）与组织病理学诊断结果的符合率,评价LCT在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法：对妇科门诊病人行LCT检查，对诊断结果异常的656位病人经阴道镜下取组织活检。结果：ASCUS、ASC-H、LISL、HISL、SCC及AGC与病理活检结果的符合率分别是4.27%、73.08%、48.32%、93.59%、100% and 61.54%；HSIL符合率与LSIL 符合率比较，P<0.005，差异有统计学意义。结论：LCT是一种有效的宫颈病变筛查方法，对宫颈病变的早发现、早诊断、早治疗具有积极作用。

Objective By observing the liquid based cytology (LCT) and histopathological diagnosis coincidence rate, evaluate the application value in LCT in screening of cervical lesions.Methods:screening for gynecology outpatient by LCT testing ,, for 656 patients diagnosed with abnormal results by taking biopsy under colposcope.Results: the coincidence rates of ASCUS、ASC-H、 LISL 、HISL and SCC comparted with pathological examination were 34.27%、73.08%、48.32%、93.59%、100% and 61.54%. HSIL coincidence rate compared with LSIL coincidence rate, P < 0.005, the difference was statistical y significant.Conclusion :LCT can effectively reflect the cervical lesions combined,Using the method would be contribute to detect the lesions of the cervix early and treat timely.
