本文切入文化遗产的物质属性和非物质属性之间的相互关系,分析两者结合点所对应的不同保护阶段的特征,并据此提出对城市文化遗产保护的时机选择与方式选择的参考系,最后通过具体案例进行实证分析,评价原有规划意图,并提出相应的保护措施。

The article makes an analysis on the relationship between the material properties and intangible properties of the culture heritage and the characters of different protection stages in which material properties and intangible properties have certain degree of combination. It proposes we should choose the suitable occasion and manner to protect the culture heritage with a reference frame. With the specific case study, it evaluates the original planning intent and suggests the corresponding protection measures.
