随着社会经济的发展和城市化进程的推进,许多城市在不断扩展建设新区的同时,＂旧城改造＂亦成为日益重要的课题之一。在当前的旧城改造与更新中存在着种种问题,与人们看待和思考这一问题的角度有关。本文从＂旧城改造＂和＂有机更新＂不同的价值理念与目标取向出发,结合有关理论和实践,探讨城市从＂改造＂到＂更新＂的观念转变,并将其与城市本质和生活态度相关联。

With the rapid social and economic developments and urbanization, the topic on the renovation of old urban districts becomes more and more important. The current problems in the renovation and renewal of old urban districts are related to people’s way of thinking. Starting from the different values and targets on the renovation of the old urban districts and organic renewal, and based on relevant theories and practices, this article explores the transformation from renovation to renewal and relates it to the essence of city and attitude to life.
