目前，为缓解住房以及商业用房紧张问题，高层建筑出现得越来越多，而且呈现出高度逐年增加的趋势。本文就建筑混凝土材料在选用时的原则以及对应的疲劳机理进行了研究，以期能够科学指导高层建筑施工，延长高层建筑使用寿命。

At present, to ease the housing and commercial ho-using shortage, high-rise building appears more and more, and shows a highly increasing trend year by year. This paper stud-ies the principles in the selection of building concrete material and the corresponding fatigue mechanism, with a view to prov-ide scientific guidance to high-rise building construction, prol-ong the service life of high-rise building.
