In a climate of adverse environmental conditions, concrete maintenance is not timely, not ful y, concrete early cracking phenomenon wil be more serious, and anti permeability will be substantial y reduced. If taking the“timely and sufficient”maintenance, low strength specifications of concrete can achieve high anti perm-eability performance.
