In foundation construction there is larger risk espe-cial y in the water conservancy and hydropower project cons-truction process, making its risk management is particularly i-mportant. This paper mainly analyzes the water conservancy and hydropower project risk and its countermeasures, in order to further promote the construction safety, enhance the econo-mic and social benefits of the project.
