If lacking of overal consideration on the constru-ction and economic benefits when programs the building water supply and drainage engineering plan, wil affect the quality and efficiency of construction to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper wil be taken a drainage construction of architectural project (A project) as an example, based on the understanding of the basic situation of the project, from the construction procedure, construction schedule management, construction q-uality control measures of engineering, explore the scheme o-ptimization.
