随着我国市场经济的不断调整与深化改进，房屋建筑企业迎来其高速发展的黄金时期，人们对房屋安全问题的关注度越来越高，混凝土施工技术的控制也日益受到建筑企业的重视。本文通过对当前房屋建筑现状的全面了解，现从施工规划、实际技术控制以及全局管控三个方面来对混凝土施工技术的管控要点做出浅要论述。

With the continuous adjustment and the deepening improvement of China's market economy, housing construction enterprises ushered in the golden period of high speed develop-pment, people on the housing security problem has been paid more and more at ention, the control of concrete construction technology has also been building enterprises. This paper thro-ugh a comprehensive understanding of the current housing sit-uation makes a shal ow discussion on the control points of co-ncrete construction technology from three aspects of the cons-truction planning, actual technical control and global control.
