This paper combines with the actual situation of Beihu Wetland planning design, through mining the local cust-oms style, making the relevant laws and regulations to regulate the planning and construction, puts forward five suggestions to do a good job of the recent, medium and long term planning manage scenic area, to achieve the goal of project planning and construction.
