当今城市规划已成了城市文化内涵及低碳可持续发展的重要表现，随着数字媒体艺术、智慧城市的介入，城市规划设计表现形式也需要更新、华现更广的互动性、参与性与开放性，实现全方位的城市协同规划。本文通过对城市规划设计实现的概念、方案设计过程中的对比、数字媒体艺术的应用实践等方面进行了探讨与分析，提出数字媒体艺术在城市规划设计中的实现是多学科多领域结合的思路。

Nowadays, urban planning has developed as a subj-ect representing the urban culture and sustainable society of low-carbon performance. As the concepts of digital media arts and smart city involvement evolve, urban planning and design also need to be updated:to become more broadly interactive, participatory and open, and to achieve the col aborative plan-ing with different departments in a large scale. The article disc-usses the design and implementation of the concept of urban planning, the comparations in the program design process, the application of digital media art and other aspects , stating as wel that digital media arts in urban planning and design impl-ementation is a combination of multi-disciplinary and multi-f-ield idea.
