高层住宅中现浇混凝土楼板裂缝的产生，不但引起楼板内钢筋不同程度的锈蚀，影响结构的承载力和耐久性，而且降低建筑物的抗渗能力，影响建筑物的美观和使用功能。笔者结合工程实例，从设计与施工两方面对楼板裂缝的成因进行分析，提出了相应的预防和处理措施。

The cracks of cast-in-place concrete floor in high-r-ise residential, not only cause corrosion of reinforcement in the slabs in different extent, affect the bearing capacity and durabi-lity of the structure, but also reduce the anti seepage capacity, affect the appearance of the building and the use of function. With practical engineering examples, this paper analyzes the causes of floor cracks from two aspects of design and constru-ction, and puts forward corresponding prevention and treatm-ent measures.
