At present, the content of site station supervision is not consistent with the site station records and the plan regul-ation, which exist the content of some site program with no site station record, and the record contents of site station have too simple, hol ow and other issues. This article starts from the theoretical basis of site station supervision, elaborates how to implement the quality management system, and improve the work quality of site station supervision.
