推行工程量清单计价模式是我国建筑行业与国际接轨重要体现，清单计价模式的实施不仅提高了工程建设的管理水平，更是促进了我国工程造价的改革。本文从工程建设的设计、招投标、施工与竣工四个阶段分析清单计价模式下如何控制工程造价，希望可以给同行人员一些借鉴，仅供参考。

Carrying out engineering quantity list valuation m-ode is an important manifestation of China’s construction ind-ustry integrated with the international market. The implement-ation of list valuation mode not only improves the management level of the project construction, and also promotes the reform of China’s engineering cost. In this paper, from the four stages of design, construction bidding, construction and completion it analyzes under the list price model how to control the enginee-ring cost, hopes can give peer personnel reference, for referen-ce only.
