The construction industry is one of the major indu-strial countries, plays an important role in the city construction and development. In the background of economic development mode transforming from extensive to intensive, how to control the engineering cost increase profits of construction enterprises, realize the development mode transformation became the focus of construction enterprise work. This paper from the fol owing several aspects of the cost management, construction, person-nel quality makes a brief analysis of the common problems in the construction project cost control, and proposes the corresp-onding improvement countermeasures.
