The whole process control of construction cost req-uires taking control for the construction cost in the project dec-ision-making stage, the design stage, the bidding stage, constr-uction stage, completion stage control. The whole process con-trol of engineering cost has a direct or indirect influence on the engineering cost. This paper taking the whole process control of construction cost as the research object, respectively discu-sses from the above five aspects.
