A project is not only limited to the appearance and use value of a building, more important is the quality of the pr-oject to protect, if the quality is not good, will directly damage the security of people's life and property, so it becomes an ind-ispensable supervision. This paper takes the supervision and a-dministration of the project quality as the research object, rep-resents focused on the analysis and decision research of sup-ervision work.
