In the engineering construction, the control of com-mon quality problems is an important content of construction management. Several kinds of common quality problems in the construction engineering are exist and the reasons are different. This article mainly discusses the common quality problems of kitchen, toilet, and washroom, and the prevention and control measures of precast floor seam cracking and the different heig-ht and width of stair step level.
